They worked efficiently but with an attention to detail that actually made me excited about window cleaning. Ed walked me through their process and delivered the quote before the work started. He answered questions and brought some maintenance items for my 12 year old windows to my attention when they were done. This service is a real value and everything is completed with a high level of quality. Add to it that all members of the Kesap team are so friendly, the decision to call them is easy. This business is a gem and I definitely recommend their services.

I'm the type of person who generally lets entropy do its thing without much interference from me. If that's a polite, physics-y way of saying I'm a slob, it's still true. Every now and again my apartment just needs a scouring that I no longer care to do, because there's probably over a year of dust bunnies and random who knows what lying on every surface of my apartment. In those cases, I tidy up, and call a professional.Precise Cleaning did a great job with my one-time deep clean. The entire process was quick and easy, and I was even able to get next-day service. The only reason I give 4 stars is that they rescheduled me for a morning instead of afternoon, which was fine with me, but I told the woman on the phone that I would need to be home at 9:45 quickly to take a shower. When I got home at 9:45, my entire bathroom was covered in bleach so I had to wait 5-10 minutes before I could go in and shower. The woman who was cleaning my apartment also had no idea I was stopping by, so it would have been nice if the communication had been a little better on their part. Otherwise, no complaints here!
