I reached out to this business after hiring someone that cleaned the other condos in my building. The girl I hired did a terrible job and in fact, did nothing at all. She literally did not clean a thing. I sent her videos showing her that she did nothing and she basically told me to screw off. I was frustrated because I just moved into my new home and I wanted to unpack once it was clean. I Yelped some options to get the cleaning done again and came across "Professional Family Cleaning". I sent a message to a number of different business including them and Anna was one of the first to respond. I am very much a fan of prompt and concise messages and hers was one. The pricing was pretty reasonable and so I hired her basically immediately. I didn't give much of a time notice either, I pretty much needed her right away. Anna did a pretty good job cleaning and she was pretty thorough. What I liked the best about her was that I felt comfortable letting her know what she had missed or what I needed her to do again. She did not guilt trip me or fight back, she just said okay and did what I asked. I will definitely work with Anna again and recommend you give her a chance.
