Now, let me do my part and share important information you may need to know. - We are licensed, bonded and insured. - Background checked staff. Teams of 1-2 people. - We provide all the equipment and cleaning materials. We only ask for 1 roll of paper towel and trash bag from the owners. Ps: we are more than happy to use your products if asked but we do not guarantee 100% excellence depending on the products provided. If you prefer to provide the cleaning products, please leave them on the kitchen countertop or give us instructions on where to find them. - We also wear gloves, masks and uniforms. (Cover shoes upon request) - All the teams go through an extreme process training, we DO NOT send inexperienced cleaners to any home. We care about our 5 star reputation. Our teams are professional and reliable. - We are only taking RECURRING clients right now, we prefer quality over quantity; therefore, limited spots are available preferably for weekly, biweekly or monthly customers. - Please respect our price. We will always give you an estimate based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage, but each home differs from the other. We are very honest, if we come to clean and the house needs an adjustment for less than what we quoted, we will do so, but also please remember we are a 5 star service with license, insurance, trained staff, professional products and we pay all of our taxes. If price is the only thing that matters for you, we are the wrong pick. - We HIGHLY recommend the first cleaning to be a DEEP cleaning this way we can clean your home top to bottom and leave it up to our standards. In a deep cleaning we usually spend at least twice the amount we would for a basic cleaning. Therefore expect to pay for a deep cleaning at least twice the amount of your regular service price + add on's (fridge, oven and windows). -If you current have another cleaning company or maintain well your home and think a regular cleaning is all you need, you may still have to pay an additional fee of $80 dollars for the first visit depending on the circumstances of the house. Also, if we arrive and the house needs a deep cleaning, you will be communicated immediately, and the team will only start the job once we are both in agreement on what service to perform. The service might have to be split in two days in this scenario, we will not perform a deep cleaning in the same amount of time of a regular cleaning. - We have checklists for regular, deep and move in/move out cleanings. Feel free to ask. Please let us know what details are important for you. We take notes for everything. Your satisfaction is what matters to us. - Please provide access code and guidance on where to park in case you will not be home in our first cleaning. If you live in an apartment complex please notify the concierge that Eagle Cleaning will be cleaning your apartment. If the complex asks for photo ID, the crew will be more than happy to provide, just let us know in advance this way they bring along with them instead of leaving in the car. - We use SQUARE system for payment. -Tips are welcome and are equally shared to the team that performed the job. You may handle in cash directly to the team or send along with your payment, and we will pass it along. If you have any question, we are here to clarify! Thank you for all!!!
