I first met Paul and Stephanie at a wedding that I was photographing. They were not only great vendors to work with, their food was the best food, hands down, that I have ever had at a wedding - and I'm a wedding photographer so I eat a lot of wedding food. Honestly, the prime rib that they served at that wedding is the best prime rib that I have ever had ANYWHERE.
Since that wedding I've had the opportunity to attend and photograph 4 other events that Paul and Stephanie have cooked for or catered. I recommend them to every couple that I work with.
The food is fantastic. I could write pages and pages telling you how good their food is. I LOVE food and their food is incredible. Anyone who has had it will gush about it.
Second to the taste of the food, and almost important, I believe, as a person who sees a lot of events, is that they are organized. When I say that, I mean that they lay buffets out in a logical way, they are set up on time, they have the staff there available to guide your guests through the food. THEY MAKE THINGS RUN SMOOTHLY. People think that the food is important, but if no one knows what to do, or when to start, the annoyance will overrule any thoughts that they have about the food.
Last of all, they are nice people. Easy and fun to work with. Personable with good professional boundaries. It's like working with your most capable, reliable friend who know when it's time to go home.
I love to curate intimate dining experiences for guests across the world! I create multi-course tasting menus, nourishment for weddings and farm-to-table events. In addition, I often fly as a personal travel chef for families, groups of friends, or for yoga and ski lodge retreats. I am very happy with Amores y Sabores Catering. I reached out with less than a week for a brunch catering for my Courthouse wedding reception.
She was very helpful with menu suggestions, provided all the things i requested and responded on time.
The planning was very easy and fast too. On the day of, she came on time and started to setup.
Everything was so beautiful and absolutely delicious!! We also had someone from her team around the whole time who handled the food and assisted with cleaning up after.

All though our home is here in Washington where it all started Our taste is unique, not your ordinary Washingtonian taste. Was planning my daughter's grad party and I had planned on having a restaurant cater but due to circumstances they could no longer provide food. I never used Bark before so I wasnt sure how it worked but once I submitted my request, Chef Percia was quick and responsive! Communicating with her was seamless, she created a menu based on my daughter's picky requests and accommodated for some dietary restrictions we had. The event couldn't have gone better and all the food was fantastic! Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful, even after a couple hours of hosting, I was so impressed with the flavors of the food. We picked lobster rolls, chicken skewers, pastas, shrimp skewers and some fun salads. Thank you again for your quick response, we all loved the food and service!

This place is a gem. We had just gotten back from vacation in Italy and tasting this food was like I was suddenly transported back. Excellent flavors in the pesto and squash sauces, and the pastas themselves were cooked perfectly. It felt good knowing I was eating pasta that had more protein and less carbs. It's healthy, but it doesn't taste that way! YUM! The decor is clean, casual and very comfortable. Also, great location. Oh, and did I mention their food is amazing?

Where do I even begin! I guess for starters, I should apologize for such a delay in this review considering my date of service was on 6/24/23.
Chef Janay was nothing short of exceptional! Since we had an elopement style wedding, we only had 12 guests which included myself and my husband. So I was in search of an on site personal chef and when I created an account for Bark, Chef Janay was HIGHLY recommended and her reviews were fantastic! From the very beginning she was easy to contact, friendly, professional, and fun. She made everything super easy and of course, DELICIOUS! She and her assistant were on time if not early, set up, cooked, AND CLEANED everything she used which I thought was sooo above and beyond! The meal she created for our special day was simply amazing. Without her, our day just would not have been complete. If you're on the hunt for one special chef, Janay is your gal!
