My cousin and I decided to try this new restaurant and we love discovering new seafood places. I can definitely say the food was amazing, not too overwhelming just the perfect amount of sauce and seasonings. We also liked that a separate tray is included to pour the seafood out, very useful. Will be returning again but next time with more people! Thank you so much for the food

As I mention in my profile I admire people who are passionate about  their craft, at Vera's Kitchen passion and love is visible in everything they do.  A family owned business, where you will find a lovely Ethiopian family serving the best their country has to offer .  Very charming and authentic place.  The food is delicious and fresh.  I highly recommend the Ethiopian coffee served in a traditional manner.A wonderful addition to old town Manassas.

Tried out the place today driving home from a vacation! I had the jambalaya and it was delicious! Nice large portion that came out steaming hot. Nice flavor with just enough kick for this lady who can't handle spice that well! The two others in my party enjoyed their fried oysters and shrimp po-boy sandwich, especially the sauce that came with both! Solid creole/Cajun food in Manassas!

On Saturday nights they have Turkish entertainment - which is GREAT fun, very romantic, very Turkish. The food is worth three-stars, nothing amazing or fabulous but it's still pretty good. Â Well, that's only a half-truth. Â The Calamari is out of this world. Â They do it a little differently - it's not fried, instead it comes in a stone dish with in a soup of red sauce and I believe it was cooked or broiled, so the calamari melts in your mouth. Â If you want something great, try the Pide (it's Turkish) instead of some silly salad or chicken dish (unless it's lamb or chicken shish, both are delicious). Their beer selection isn't fabulous, but at least they have Perroni. Â Tip - the Margaritas are excellent. Â I felt a little weird drinking a Margarita with Turkish food, and normally I don't touch Margaritas because I've never really had a good one. Â But this one was delicious. The staff were all very friendly, attentive, and accommodating - we didn't have any problems at all.
