We are an Italian family owned business. We have been in business for over 40 years with multiple locations in Virginia. Through out the years, you might know us from the "Fox Hunter Grill" located in Lanexa. You can also read our reviews online on Open Table, Facebook and Eat Local. Absolutely the best Italian food I’ve eaten. Always great service when we go, when undecided on food the waitress helps with selections. I can not wait to go back it’s a 40 min drive so we don’t go much, but well worth the drive. They are not affiliated with the NN location if your wondering definitely not the same great food

The Hungry Pug made its debut at the Lumber Liquidators headquarters in Toano today. We have a few food trucks that come by, but I rarely order because it's usually the same old stuff: pork bbq, burgers and a ton of fried dishes...not my thing.
Well, The Hungry Pug is the food truck I've been waiting for! Finally an alternative to all of that heavy stuff! I tried their Gob Griller special (gouda, bacon and caramelized onions on sourdough). It was absolutely delicious and came with chips and a pickle -perfect for a lunch meal. I love a good sandwich and was very pleased with what they had to offer.
I hope The Hungry Pug will come back by our office in the future. If not, I'll definitely hunt down the truck to try another tasty griller. That beer cheese is on my list to try too. Coworkers said it was amazing!

By far, one the greatest restaurants that I have been to... Ever. A coworker and I were in Williamsburg for work and found this place. It is pretty new, as it has only been open for a couple months. The fact that they have been there for such a short time, and seem to have their act together already, blows my mind. We split a bottle of wine, the mac and cheese and the fried oysters. The vibe was pretty stellar. Exposed brick and wood planked walls. Great bar seating and tables hand-made from slabs of wood. And the staff were just incredible. Very knowledgeable, very nice and made we had a great experience. The wine list was very nice. Good selection of only Virginia wines. They had a very decent beer selection as well (they are also a brewery) but I was more focused on red wine for the evening. AO definitely focuses on Farm to Table. The Pimento Mac and Cheese was just amazing. I have honestly never had macaroni and cheese so flavorful & as great as this. Even better, it was the perfect portion to split with someone. Smoky and cheesy and just full of some many adjectives that I can't even vocalize. I have come to learn that every region of the country that has oysters native to that area claims to have the best... and every local (who loves oysters) is a strong advocate of that regions oysters. Being from FL, I fall suit. #1 - Don't ever offer me any oyster that is cooked and #2 - Don't ever put let than a dozen on a plate. Where I come from, oysters are a meal... not a snack. Well, I went against both of my rules... AND THANK GOD. I got the Kefir Brined Fried Oysters. Yes, yes, oh yes. Just get these. They plate well, they crunch nicely AND they are friggin delicious. I called my wife immediately and raved over these things. They have made me rethink my "rules." All in all... the entire experience was amazing. The vibe, the people, the food... I have to go back to Williamsburg this week and this is on my "must do" list of things while I am there. Check this place out.

Laura is a SUPERHERO. She has so much experience, and you can really tell. She made everything easy and not overwhelming-- which is quite an accomplishment for such an important part of the reception. Her team even set up our centerpieces and miscellaneous tables (gift, guest book, etc) for us and everything looked amazing. The food was delicious, we opted for stations and we received multiple compliments from our guests. You will not be disappointed in using the Catering Company.

This is one of the best BBQ places I have ever been to. My wifw and I both had the beef brisket and wow. The flavor exploded in our mouths. The piclkled onions along with a sampling of different pickles was a nice touch and again good flavorMy wife loves thier waffle fries with a great crunchiness and taste. We come here at least a couple of meals everytime we are here.

We are from Pennsylvania visiting family and were looking for good food with a friendly atmosphere. We decided to give them a try, we were greeted by a smiling face and seated promptly. Our waitress Angel was very knowledgeable and polite. We had an appetizer and each got a different main dish, the duck breast and lobster ravioli were out of this world! We definitely recommend this place to anyone that likes food. The prices are also in line with other places. We will definitely be visiting them when we return to Williamsburg!
