I chose Brown Brothers Catering for our backyard reception because I had heard great things about them. When the owner came to our home to discuss they layout and the menu, and I heard him talk about the importance of making the food from real ingredients (rather than canned), I knew I had made a great choice. The staff came about an hour and a half before the event and had everything set up in just over an hour. They were professional, efficient (keeping the buffet full), kind (offering to get plates for the bride and groom, parents, even the band members), and a great value. After the event, they cleaned everything. I had asked to keep the leftovers, and they put them in storage containers that I provided. It's been so nice to have that yummy food for my out-of-town guests! I would definitely recommend them, and I will use them again!Menu - light summer dinner - chicken marsala skewers, artichoke dip with bread and chips and crackers, salad with vinaigrette dressing, fruit, rolls, and assorted desserts (HIGHLY recommend the pretzel crusted brownies!)

If you aren't using Apple Spice for personal parties and/or work events then YOU NEED TO START! Great service, great customer care and awesome food! The delivery men and women even do the set up! Overall, I have not been disappointed once with this company for over the year I have been using them. Special shout out to Carrie!
