Moved to Sanger in Oct, and just ate here for the first time. Hunny had to leave town for work and I needed comfort food! The gentleman slicing the brisket was nice and left the fat cap on for me (where there’s fat, there’s flavor!) and the bark had a great flavor. Our sides were fantastic, and the sweet tea was perfect. I think we’ve found our comfort BBQ spot....now to convince them to add burnt ends to the menu! 😉
