I absolutely loved working with Margarita Madness. Almost all of my guests loved how nice the two bartenders we had were all night. I dealt with Christine during the whole set up process and she was such a sweetheart. Time comes and goes when you're wedding planning and I forgot to give them their final payment 2 weeks prior, but she was so flexible and we were able to take care of it with no issues! If I had a chance to redo my wedding, I would NO DOUBT choose Margarita Madness again!

Da bomb!!!! I order triple delight with fried rice and I know a good triple delight- best I've had. You can also order one crab Rangoon- uh yes please! I ordered that and an egg roll, too- deliciousness! I ate it all - which is rare for Chinese. All this cost me around 10 and great service was included. I'm def headed back.

Went to this place on 5/5/17, which according to the chef was the day after they officially opened. My husband and I had decided to check the place out, including the menu. We figured that if nothing else, we could have a drink at the bar and then head elsewhere. We arrived a few minutes before 5pm and had our pick of tables. After seeing the menu, we decided that we'd stay for dinner for sure! We had been expecting just uninspired pub grub of some kind, but there were so many things that we wanted to try that we had a very hard time making up our minds. Our waiter recommended the fried chicken and beignets as an appetizer, so we decided to order that to start off. I also ordered their signature Old Fashioned (I was a little sad not to see any tequila cocktails listed, but whiskey is nice too!), and my husband had one of the craft beers on tap (a Kolsch, I think, they had two sizes of beers available, he asked for a pint, which was the smaller one). The Old Fashioned was great and so was the beer. The appetizer was pretty good as well -- the chicken was chicken tenders but they definitely seemed fresh so that was fine... they were smothered in sweet and spicy sauce and were piping hot. The beignets were okay -- more the texture of Mr. Gatti's cinnamon sticks or something than like the Cafe Du Monde's beignets, but what can ya do? The appetizer was a generous portion as well. After I finished my Old Fashioned, I ordered a Real Ale Pinsetter, which was great too. For our mains, my husband ordered the charcuterie sandwich, and upon the advice of the waiter (I was trying to decide between this and the salmon), I ordered the Porchetta. When my husband tried his sandwich, he said it was sort of like a muffuletta made with pepperoni, and that he really liked it (and the fries it came with). My dinner was good as well -- it was sausage-stuffed pork loin served with sweet potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts. The portion was huge so I had a whole meal to take home later. The meat was great and the sauces on the pork and the sweet potatoes were on point. The brussels sprouts were a little tough, which was a bit odd (I've never had tough ones either at home or at a restaurant), but they still tasted good. I'm sure kitchen stuff is still being fine-tuned... usually our visits to restaurants that have just opened aren't nearly as successful. The chef came by when we were about halfway through and asked us how we liked everything, which was nice. He also recommended that we check out the bowling lanes and the arcade games, even if we weren't bowling that night, so we said we would. Shortly thereafter our waiter came by again and asked about desserts. He mentioned a s'mores one that sounded intriguing. Â Of course we were too full for desserts at that point, but we promised we'd give them a try next time. On our way out we checked out the bowling area and it looked very nice. Overall, this was a great visit and we'll definitely be back. Probably we will try out the pizza next time since that part of the menu looked really interesting as well. Maybe we will even do some bowling next time. This place seems like it is a great addition to New Braunfels!
