When my husband and I started planning our wedding celebration, we wanted the food and drink to be the focus of the event. We found Elite Personal Chefs after reaching out to another caterer who specialized in creating unique experiences. She was on sabbatical but highly recommended Chefs Austin & Eric as the ones to turn to.In short, we were blown away by Elite Personal Chefs. From the first meeting, where we talked in depth about the type of menu we wanted to create, onward these guys were professional, fun, passionate and committed to creating a very special feast for us and our guests. I'm from Texas and my husband is from Hungary, and we asked them if they could imagine a menu that brought tastes together from both of our countries! ;) At our tasting, we were treated to a personal chef dining experience where we sampled some of the most amazing food I've ever had. Chef Eric created an insanely delicious version of Hungarian Sour Cherry Soup with subtle hints of heat and secret flavor a that nearly had me in tears. The courses kept coming, each as delicious as the last. The smoked chicken cassoulet and frittata were soo good.On the day of the wedding, everything went down without a hitch. Lee, who heads up front of the house, brought together an amazing staff if friendly servers and coordinated perfect execution of the service. The custom cocktails were fantastic. Our guests gave Chef Eric & Lee a thorough round of applause for their efforts. And more than one person told us that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding.Hire these guys and hire them again. They're awesome and you won't be disappointed.

I first discovered GHBC during a trip to Minneapolis. Loved the cookies and breads and am happy there's one in Austin. I ordered the turkey, avocado, tomatoes, onion, and lettuce with chipotle sandwich and an oatmeal cookie. Both were delicious. The grain bread had pumpkin seeds and was very fresh. I sampled the pumpkin bread, too. The service was excellent, and I liked the assortment of spreads, soup mixes, and oils available for purchase. Â They also cater, which I didn't know. I look forward to my next visit.

We started FFF after catering for friends and family and growing the business was a natural evolution of that work. We know that we are catering in a competitive food market but our food is so good that we have consistently been booked since opening our doors.

We instituted COVID-19 protocols in March 2020 and have been following those protocols ever since. We have a mask required COVID safe kitchen. All of our employees are vaccinated and we wear masks when serving unless the client indicates that it is a no mask event. We want to keep our team and our clients COVID safe while we continue to grow our business and serve amazing food.
