Awesome BBQ and service! They catered a party for me and everyone loved it. The brisket is delicious (the best I've had) and the sides are yummy too. I really liked the mustard sauce and the BBQ sauce. Everything was brought in for the party so we didn't have to think about anything. The Simply Smoked caterers were really friendly. We will have them cater for us again.

So excited to enjoy barbecue brisket from such an iconic pitmaster. I seldom start off with a 5 Star Review on a first visit, but the brisket and the sausage were outrageous and irresistible. Â Alone, the moist brisket with bark and distinctive smoke ring was top shelf. Â The house-made sausage was spicy with a slightly coarse ground that filled the casing full but not too tight, which enabled the spicy flavor and texture to saturate each bite. Â The addition of Mueller's Black Box Sauce enhanced the taste and flavor beyond belief. Â The light tomato-based sauce has the consistency of a mopping sauce and the coarse onion bits and full flavor complements the brisket and sausage immensely.Looking forward to my next visit and not having to drive an hour or more south is always appreciated, as there is no better place than #GeorgetownTX to enjoy such greatness.

We had our annual company Christmas party at The Ranch House this past Saturday and let me tell you, it was perfect. Dre, Lexi, Jim, and Adam went out of their way to make it a night to remember. They were on top of everything and even worked with us on some last minute changes we needed done.The food was amazing and the decor and ambiance exceeded my expectations.I want to give Lexi special credit. The entire night she made sure everything was going smoothly and was very attentive.We will definitely use them for future parties.
