I'd been waiting for this place to open just because I was curious to try it. It wasn't until I went to their website today that I learned they are a franchise, and are specifically gourmet burgers. I brought my partner who is a big fan of burgers. She had the wagyu, and I had one dry aged beef and one salmon burger. They are pretty filling, and very tasty. She rated hers as being "better than Five Guys." The staff were also friendly and helpful, and no one gave us any trouble about having our ball python with us in the shop. It's $9.95 for a two burger combo with side and a drink, and $12.95 for a three burger combo. The house sauce contains paprika, which I found to be an interesting new flavor for me. I forgot to try the side salad which sounded very promising.
