We have be a part of the Brentwood community for 30 years and are locally owned and operated. We offer multiple menu options and can create meals to fit any budget. We are a brick and mortar restaurant that specializes in catering and can effectively handle events up to 5000 people. Our food is cooked fresh daily on site and we have a great team of dedicated employees.

Good place. Ordered take out. I had two meat combo platter with beans and coleslaw. Tried pulled pork and pulled chicken. Both were excellent - large portions were separately wrapped. Also sent corn bread. Wifey had half rack of ribs - 1/2 wet and 1/2 dry rub. Ribs were tender and meaty. Dry rub was quite salty and would have benefited from an upgraded bbq sauce. Wet rack was delicious, smoked perfectly. Meals came with utensils which was helpful because we were traveling.Serving sizes were very good. Value was above average. One short coming was their bbq sauce which come in a packet of average size. I would suggest they Corkey's have a better selection of bbq sauces - hot, spicy, sweet and maybe a few more. The dry rub rack would have benefited from a different bbq sauce. And I know you shouldn't need a sauce with dry rub but I like a little something sweet with my ribs. Just a personal preference.I highly recommend Corkey's.

Contrary to last review, steak bomb had lots of flavorful steak. Onions were left off as my husband requested:) My burger was big and seasoned perfectly. Extra fries came hot & in a fitting cast iron gratin type dish. Queso & chips appetizer was delicious! My kids loved their burgers as well. Super friendly staff!
