Family run business for 15 years, all employees are my children, family or really close friends. We like to treat all clients the same. Owner/Chef Chris Leahy is a graduate of The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, who has been in the Culinary/ Food/Retail business for over 40 years. We have named it CJ Custom Catering because we will design a menu around your likes and dislikes, or around your budget.

I cannot say enough great things about Rick Williamson, his team, as well as the coordinator Lindsay Showmaker. Rick & Lindsay met with both families for a food tasting, and helped us feel at home. They were more than willing to answer questions, and even connected us to a program "All Seated" that provided us a visual layout of the venue. This was a great asset when trying to decide on seating arrangements for the guests. This company met our every need from food selection, signature drinks, delicious appetizers( guests are still praising those beef tips), as well as the amazing desserts. The staff was always checking in to make sure both myself and husband had some type of food and drink during our busy evening. Rick was very respectful and mindful of those guests in attendance who needed special accommodations. If anyone is looking for an honest caterer who takes pride in their work, I would recommend Williamson Caterers.

Tried a different BBQ place tonight for takeout. Rave reviews from my family! Definitely will be going to this hidden gem again. Smoked brisket, smoked ribs, smoked chicken and smoked pork. Got a sample of each and the family loved it. I tried the chilli and it is delicious. Not too spicy which is perfect for me. They had tater tots that are seasoned and were reported to be delicious. Not one left on a plate. The creamy mac and cheese was great and eventually mixed with the pulled chicken to make a yummy kid friendly meal. Crazy setup since they work out of the VFW Post and the Chef and Saff are all personable and super friendly. They made great suggestions and made everything comfortable. We WILL be back! http://www.smokeybanditbarbecue.com

This place is so new, the google street view still shows the address with its previous occupant. It's so new we couldn't get a reservation earlier than 830 on Saturday night. Oh yeah, well this place is so new... you should try it out =)The decor is very comfortable, soft colors, and didn't feel cramped even with every table full. The service was very friendly and pretty fast. The prices are pretty good too; I wasn't too sure at first because, with a big plate of basmati rice for the table, each dish arrive in a deceptively small copper pot, perfect for sharing/sampling around the table. Between the four of us we had vegetable samosa, four entrees, two kinds of naan, and plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day =P
