All I have to say is we hired Mediterranean Catering LLC to cater our wedding and all I can say is WOW. We had over 75 guest that were jaw struck with the quality and perfection of the food. Angelo out did himself and his wait staff was nothing but polite caring and at our beck and call. It is wonderful to know that a couple can actually sit and enjoy their wedding day a let the professionals take over, and that is what Angelo did. Russell and I hired Mediterranean Catering gave them a budget to work with and Angelo did the rest. Angelo out beat many other caterers in the Poconos and now I can see why!!!!!
