My team and I had an offsite down in San Diego and Lavonne prepared a stunning meal for us. Before the dinner, we collaborated on the menu which was custom-made for our group. Lavonne had tons of great ideas of what to prepare and was flexible in working around some of our dietary restrictions. The appetizers of assorted crostinis were delicious, the burrata was a must-have, and the entire meal from the flank steak & coffee rubbed chicken to the apple crisp dessert were such a treat. She was even able to use some of the extra ingredients we had in our kitchen to add to our meal! This dinner was no doubt one of the highlights of our offsite and would highly recommend Lavonne to cater your next meal or event - delicious food plated beautifully and cooked with heart!

I wanted to give each person, whether a big job or a small jb, the opportunity to have their special event as they envision it. Sometimes I can help them create that vision when asked to do so. Lots of freedom in operating your own business.
Not only am I very attentive and responsive to my clients, I take pride in the services I provide, at a price-point they can afford. I have my own small ware, decor and linens, so there is no reason to have to rent, as we bundle things to meet their needs.
I can do event planning and coordination remotely, but any catering, requires at a minimum, delivery of the food.
I try to set up foods do they are individually plated or skewered, or I try to have staff available to assist in dishing things up off a buffet line. We use gloves and masks are always available along with shields should they be requested. Single use drinkware is the chosen option when practical.
