SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP TO AUSTIN!Finally what Tulsa needs! A place to get truly great brisket. The ribs are world-class as well. I have made several trips to the Austin area and this barbecue stacks up just as good as anything you'll find down there. The Pit master is super nice guy and let me snap some pics of the brisket, beef ribs and pork ribs.

Cool place with great Louisiana eats. Had the aligator bites, some of the softest and nice texture for this treat. Had 2 of their signature old fashions, delicious. I specifically made a request for less sweetness and did not disappoint. There is a excellent live jazz band that plays in a little alcove stage in the center of the restaurant, loved their tunes. Enjoy!

I can honesty say this is the best Chicken Fried Steak I have ever had and trust me I have had quite a few over my 50 plus years. What made it even better was the sides were also good. I had the Loaded Potato and the grilled asparagus. All was cooked perfectly. The beer was good and cold and the atmosphere and ambiance of the restaurant made for a really nice and relaxing business meal with a customer. Everyone passed on dessert but next time I am in town (I am normally in town on my own, not with a customer and two others), I will certainly be back here to eat and If the cake looks half as good as it did tonight, I will not be passing on dessert!
