Lisa Bannerman has been making delicious made-from-scratch meals at Drelyse for over 10 years. She came to the US 20 years ago and missed her home food (from Ghana). She would cook often for friends here in Columbus, who all helped her realize that she had a special talent and that there was a need in Columbus for authentic Ghanaian (African) food. She has a degree in Culinary Science which combined with her traditional Ghanaian recipes (passed to her over generations) leads to just the right combination of ingredients for maximum taste.

We are a well-known family owned Italian-American restaurant that's been a part of Columbus for about 5 decades. As an experienced Italian cuisine chef and my wife's Italian heritage, we took it upon ourselves to purchase and maintain the Milano name for years to come rather than reinventing it. We value history, tradition, family and good, simple food which is why we kept the name and recipes and even staff!

I will come to your home and give you and your guests and authentic Japanese steakhouse experience from 3 to 15 people. I provide the dinnerware and you provide the tables and chairs. Five course hibachi dinner with soup, salad, fried or steamed rice or lo mein noodles with veggies and sauces. I provide on site hibachi catering for 20 up to 50 people. This menu comes with your choice of two-three proteins, fried or steamed rice or lo mein noodles, veggies, soup and salad.
