She would cook often for friends here in Columbus, who all helped her realize that she had a special talent and that there was a need in Columbus for authentic Ghanaian (African) food. She has a degree in Culinary Science which combined with her traditional Ghanaian recipes (passed to her over generations) leads to just the right combination of ingredients for maximum taste.

I've gotten the grilled tilapia and jollof, grilled chicken and Jollof and the goat stew with rice before. Every time the food has been phenomenal. The portions are INSANELY filling and flavorful. I definitely recommend getting everything there at some point but it will take either multiple trips or multiple people to share everything with.

Our guests couldn't stop talking about the food trucks, especially the Paddy Wagon. They were easy to work with, professional and the food was delicious! Our other food truck ran out of food and left early but the Paddy Wagon was prepared and kept serving people for our intended time. We allowed our guests to make multiple trips so our cost was more than the minimum because we had people going back for seconds (which is what we wanted)!

Phenomal! Alphabetical catered our rustic barn wedding and did a fabulous job. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Surprisingly, they are super affordable (way cheaper than a lot of other caterers in the area) but the quality of their food and service is incomparable. Thanks again fellas!

Great find off High!!! Great for a group or a party of two. I will defiantly have to return to try more of the dishes- I had such a hard decision choosing just one! Great wine list and a pianist playing beautifully in the background. Looking for a cute restaurant in the area-Lemongrass Fusion Bistro was recommended by friends-a recommendation I will be passing on!!
