Lisa Bannerman has been making delicious made-from-scratch meals at Drelyse for over 10 years. She came to the US 20 years ago and missed her home food (from Ghana). She would cook often for friends here in Columbus, who all helped her realize that she had a special talent and that there was a need in Columbus for authentic Ghanaian (African) food. She has a degree in Culinary Science which combined with her traditional Ghanaian recipes (passed to her over generations) leads to just the right combination of ingredients for maximum taste.

Chef Daniel is an Ohio native and graduate of the LeCordon Bleu Culinary Program at Brown College. He has worked in the food industry since 1997 and has been an Executive Chef since 2012. Daniel has served small dinners for two and coordinated events up to 3000. About Magazine’s Reader’s Choice, Best of the Best named Daniel the Top Chef in Stark County in 2017, 2018, 2020 & 2021.
