Wow, so many things. First, Kris and her staff were very professional for an event I hosted yesterday. Kernersville Christmas in July. I told her the last time I held this event, we had over 600 people attend. They came prepared! This time we had over 800 people! The food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! So much so, that while they sold completely out of many items (no question why), BUT they were still prepared enough that they still had just the right amount of food left to still be able to serve all of these hungry people! I tried the tacos, both chicken and beef... best I've ever had! I went back for seconds, and then I went back for a large order to take home to my family. Every person that I spoke to that had a plate had nothing but great things to say and many of which went back for more as well! The venue that we were at also made sure to get her business cards, and all I can think of is what event can I host to have her back. The staff was amazing, prepared, organized, and a small, but something that made me smile was when I heard them call her "chef". There's more that I can say, but I will leave it here so that you can be tempted enough to give her a call and book her for your next event or simply just order some delicious food. She makes a variety of authentic Spanish, Mexican, Puerto Rican, and other food. Simply amazing.

This new restaurant in Kernersville is a fabulous addition! The atmosphere is casually elegant, the food is creative and the presentation lovely. The NC Coastal Shrimp appetizer and the cheese plate with house made crackers and roasted vegetables were shared by three of us, and loved by all. The Flounder main dish with a lobster sauce and grilled cabbage over Yukon potatoes was delicious. The chef's ability to combine ingredients so that the flavor becomes more than the sum of its parts was evident in every dish. This was my second visit, and I cannot wait to go back again - I have my eye on the Sunday Brunch!
