I am so glad we had Olive Catering Company to cater our wedding! We wanted to do a fun and delicious taco bar and Anne and her team provided! The food was absolutely amazing! We have gotten so many compliments on how much everyone loved it! Also, you can't beat her prices either! Perfect for someone who wants amazing food and quality service on a budget! Thank you Olive Catering Company!

Nice playing links. Greens are always in great shape, although the tee boxes are a little rough at times. I was honored to play here with a large group of disabled veterans in a program sponsored by the PGA called Project Hope. Outstanding pros who volunteered their time to teach and mentor us. Many thanks to Broadmoor for all that they did for us. I look forward to coming back again soon!

This was our first visit to Acropolis and we were THRILLED! We were in a hotel and ordered some to-go goodies. First off, the food was amazing! We got crispy mushrooms, mozzarella sticks and two calzones. The calzones were a HUGE hit...even delicious ice cold this morning! Secondy, the service was stellar. I'm a stickler when it comes to guest service and the folks that helped me were on the ball! They had supplies to take back to the room (plates, plastic ware, etc.) and they double checked the order while I waited--I was really impressed with that! We'll definitely be back!!

As if the line isn't long enough already, I can't believe that I'm going to write a review and divulge the secret spot of Asheville.  I grew up in the BBQ country of NC and this place rivals them all.  They are still relatively new (less than 2 years old), but their reputation is already platinum.  The hallmark dish is the ribs (Blueberry Chipotle is my fave).  However, their sides are awesome too.  My wife is a vegetarian and even she likes going to the place.  The only downside is that they are only open for lunch M-F.  Don't let the line scare you, it moves fast as you order at the counter.  Sit outside and grab a Pisgah Ale to go with your food, you won't be sorry.

I was excited to see Milk & Honey pivot to a food truck model recently. Previously, I enjoyed their cafe on Long Shoals. Now, I help book food trucks for our neighborhood in South Asheville, so of course I reached out to book Milk & Honey's food truck. Chris and Leslie are very sweet and friendly. They made the food truck booking easy! The menu looked delicious! We ordered the Cobb Salad, American Burger, Kids Grilled Cheese and Zeppole. The Cobb Salad was great - crisp greens, a delicious dressing and a healthy portion of roasted chicken. The egg, bacon and avocado added that touch of good fat to make it taste more decadent. With roasted chicken cut like that, you need to watch out for bones. That's par for the course in my book - this is not processed cubed chicken, but some may not be prepared for that. My husband's burger was great! The meat patty was hand -formed, the bun was soft and it was well seasoned. The tater tots were crispy and addictive! TATER TOTS - why do I love you so much? My daughter enjoyed her grilled cheese and wedge fries. I never had Zeppole ricotta donuts before and I really like these! They were light with a slightly custard like center sprinkled with a dash of sea salt and mildly sweet. None were left. While we had to wait a little bit for our food, we enjoyed the fresh food, definitely not your typical food truck and worth waiting for freshly made food.
