Carrasco Catering recently hosted a welcome dinner for our daughter & son-in-law’s wedding in Asheville, NC. Tori was such a joy to work with every step of the way and was very patient with us as we struggled to decide on the perfect format for the event. We finally decided on a short, but very sweet cocktail and hors d’oeuvre party at their restaurant, Polanco, and what a wonderful time we all had! Owner/chef Ricardo came up with a menu of delicious & creative appetizers that were perfect for a mix and mingle party and were complemented by a fine selection of house wines and beers and their excellent house-made margaritas! We look forward to visiting Asheville again when the COVID crisis is over and their restaurant reopens so we can enjoy a full fare of authentic Mexican cuisine. You could not ask for more knowledgable (or beautufiul) bartenders than Megan and Sara at the Bier Garden. Explaining hop content, recommending personal favorites and overall entertainment kept me there for hours and hours. The food was exceptional (I had the Thai Peanut wings) and the beer selection is the best in Asheville. Thanks ladies and thank you Bier Garden; I will be back back the end of October!
