Deeply rooted to the Mexican culture where food was the centerpiece of every gathering. We developed a profound appreciation for the traditional recipes and the artistry of Mexican snacks, ice creams, drinks, and fruits. The memories of those vibrant markets, the aroma of freshly fruits, and the laughter of family and friends gathered around, inspired Picolandia Supreme to create a place where others could experience the same joy.

Finally! Wholesome, healthy, tasty food to not just fuel your body but nourish it too. Having the meals delivered ready-to-eat relieves so much stress about "what's for dinner?" I have enjoyed every menu item I've tried, and can tell the difference in my body when I feed it good nutrition from Earth Wind & Fuego. I'm so happy to have found this local company. Thanks Earth Wind & Fuego team!

I attended the kids Expo today, and I purchased a cupcake from a food truck for me and and my boyfriend. I didn’t remember seeing a name or looking for one. You could get 1 for $2 or 6 for $10. I decided to just get 2. When I got home I ate my cupcake and fell in love... Regretting so bad that I didn’t get the 6 for $10 as I started to do. I went on fb and wrote a statues stating “I need to know the name of the cup cake food truck... I couldn’t wait for a response, I had to do my own research. Thank you to the baker, your Reese cupcake was outta this world...

I thought the name was illustrative of an often seen pretentious provincial ignorance, but it turns out it was just me after all. This French bistro is unimpeachably authentic - European-owned, and farm to table. I spoke at length with the owner at the bar. He is from Montenegro, and has worked in Vegas and New York. He described the fastidious care with which he seeks out local farms to form relationships with. His produce comes from Obercreek Farm in Wappingers Falls and another in Goshen. He buys cheese from Sprout Creek. His fish is fresh every Thursday from a monger next door. His chickens are superb. But he flies his mozzarella in from Italy. It is the most delicate and tender I have ever tasted, far fresher-tasting than the stuff I used to have in Hoboken the morning it was made. With a glass of High West Campfire, a sublime smoky whiskey, I enjoyed one of the finest dinners I've ever had. My new favorite restaurant.

First visit. Very impressed by the beer styles they had to offer. Menu was outstanding! So many choices, it was hard to to choose. Went the multi app and salad route to sample a few different things. None disappointed. A lot of emphasis on fresh locally sourced foods. Well trained wait staff incredibly helpful with information on both the beer and food selections. Can't wait til the next visit because I just barely scratched the surface of the menu.
