Sarah catered a casual buffet for a family pool party and everything was delicious and nicely presented. We opted for a ‘drop off’ of room temp foods and it worked out great..nothing to keep hot and no work for me so I could enjoy my company. She threw an unexpected bonus jug of fresh lemonade in....and it was the perfect mixer with some good Gin that evening. Ha!

Worth the stop and better than another local BBQ place. I waited a few weeks since tradthey opened to try so the bugs would be worked out. So I ordered the brisket, pulled pork with man n cheese and slillet cornbread. Sauce of course is on the side if you would like. I must say impressed and found a new favorite BBQ joint to chase rather than stop in . Food was geat my only complaint is I prefer my cornbread more moist. The brisket had a nice smoke ring and nice a juicy. I hope this truck sticks around.
