Meat!Meat!More Meat!Not recommended by the American Heart Association, but incredibly good nonetheless. I usually go here with a group of guys and we order the suckling pig - oh baby, pork heaven.They also have entrees and the de rigueur all you can eat Brazilian BBQ thing complete with metal skewers. Â The chicken is out of this world good.The place gets packed out so expect some waiting and it seems very noisy at times.There is a big take out thing going on as well which is usually better if you can't wait to sit.

I hired Cornbread & Caviar to cater my 50th Birthday Celebration Dinner on a rooftop in Brooklyn. It was a semi-formal seated event. The caterer Karlton was extremely professional, reasonably priced and helped me figure out my menu with a very diverse tastes from vegans to meat-lovers. We settled on 4 courses and I could not be happier!

In 2011 Mara’s Homemade moved to Syosset, NY where Josh excelled at created a diverse and eclectic menu as well as building out an extensive bar full of craft spirits and cocktails. Josh ran Mara’s until it’s closure in 2022 where he then went to Total Wine & More to enhance his spirits knowledge and began teaching classes on spirits on the side. Mariana - Graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2021 with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts. After working for Danny Meyer at Gramercy Tavern and Ci Siamo; Mariana’s specialties in Italian and French cuisines are unmatched, as well as her exemplary wine pairing abilities. Mariana and Josh met at Total Wine & More where she can be found helping people find the perfect bottle for their taste and needs. Jamie - Graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2011 with an Associates in Baking and Pastry and a Bachelors in Foodservice Management. She also is certified in Hospitality and Tourism from NYU. She started working in restaurants and managing a custard shop until she found herself in the liquor industry. She now bartends privately, sells a vast variety of spirits and beer, and enjoys the science of mixology.
