Great find! We were visiting the area as West coasters for the first time and were so happy we found this place. If we didn't have to leave the next day we would've been back. Owners were very helpful and went over personal favorites on the menu. I usually go into a new place with ideas of what I'd like after reviewing the menu online and everything suggested did not disappoint. Its been a few months since we visited and I can't remember everything we ordered but my daughters raved about the pizza. As stated everywhere the food is made to order. I know when I cook it takes a while so go in with a little bit of patience and you'll be rewarded with real food that tastes good! They have board games to occupy your time and it was a blast and got our teens off of their devices and engaged in some family time. Service and hospitality was as excellent as the food.

Cute little spot with great food!! We ate in their cute Ioutdoor igloos. The igloo was well lit, and it had heating and Bluetooth speaker to play music. For food, we had calamari, Andrew's chicken, truffle gnocchi, salmon, truffle fries, lots of wine, Apple strudel cake  and key lime pie. Everything  was AMAZING! I highly recommend the salmon!

The best secret on long island. The French onion soup is to die for. The best I've ever had. They give you scissors to cut the cheese because it's so thick. Any of there steaks are phenomenal and come with the best gravy.... not your standard beef stock. The Jack Daniels steak is not your T.G.I. Fridays Jack Daniels sauce, it's really Jack daniels. I have never tried there other foods but I hear it's good. Decor is okay but it's a bar setting and an inn type feel.... don't let that sway you. The overall price is well worth it... $25 for a steak that comes with potatoes and vegetables and a salad. $6 for the best French onion soup ever... me and 3 others had an overall bill of $150 with tax and tip for meals and beers... trust me..... try it... you absolutely will not be disappointed.

During this pandemic I am taking a simple approach to my reviews, which is to only write reviews to that has amazing food/ service.  And I must say Gio's pizza is great. This review is solely based on delivery. It was a Saturday and my husband's family came over . We decided to order to order pizza for a late lunch. We ordered a grandma pie and a large plain  pie. The total was about $38 not including a tip. They made the delivery was made within 40 minutes or so. Not too bad , I would that's the typical delivery time. We devoured the plain. Our family including us loved the plain pizza. The sauce was perfect and the cheese was very tasty. We finished the plain quickly . Everyone was asking for more. Not because it was a small in size but because it was delicious.  The reason for the four stars ?  ... well I have to admit we didn't love the grandma pizza as much. When compared to the taste of the plain pizza the grandma was bit of a let down.  The sauce was bit too tangy for everyones  palette. And the sauce empowered the cheese and crust. It was not my favorite. I definitely had better. We will definitely plan on ordering from Gio's in the future but I think we will skip the grandma for now.
