My 11th wedding Anniversary was full of surprises,none better than being surprised with the culinary skills of Chef Nol Foretia and his assistant Andre Moore. There professionalism was amazing. They came into my kitchen and prepared an amazing 3 course meal for my wife and I. Now I have never been a fan of grits but my favorite part of the meal was the lamb chops and four cheese grits I had for an appetizer. The lamb was tender and succulent and the grits were amazing. My palette was sent into a frenzy. The entree and dessert were equally amazing (Crispy Jerk Snapper/Chocolate lava cake). I was left speechless most of the night. These gentlemen truly enjoy what they do and are a true asset to the profession. I can’t wait to call on there services again.Mr & Mrs Brooks!
