We celebrated my 60th birthday party and the banquet room is beautiful. The food is great and the service was spectacular! Lou the owner is such a nice person and was very accommodating to our needs. He had block party the same day of our event and work endlessly to make our event special. My guest were very happy with the service and the food. Would definitely use their services for our events!

Three of us hit the Westmont Diner for breakfast on Saturday morning. Â I was fresh off a night of bachelorette partying, so I needed a substantial but healthy meal to get me through an activity filled day. Â Westmont Diner delivered. Â We were seated immediately, and within minutes we had coffee and water and our orders were taken by a friendly waitress. Â In no time at all, my sister had her scrambled eggs, her bf had his "meat lover's omelet" and I had my egg white omelet. Â All three came with potatoes that were served with onions and peppers, a nice surprise since we were all expecting the usual shoestring hash. Â My omelet was filled with tomatoes, fresh spinach, zucchini and some feta. Â I did not detect much feta, unfortunately. Â However, I greatly appreciated the fact that fresh spinach was used, as opposed to the water logged frozen stuff (Crystal Lake, I'm talking to you!). Â My sis enjoyed her eggs, a rarity since she is very particular about eggs in general. Â The meat lover had no complaints. Â This will probably become my new weekend breakfast spot, when I want something more than coffee but can't bear to face all the kiddies at the Pop Shop... which is usually after any night when I have had more than two drinks.
