We develop bespoke menus and enjoy creating memorable occasions for families, friends, and work colleagues all over the NY metro area, the Princeton NJ suburbs, in South Florida, and overseas in Italy and beyond.

blu aubergine catered our son's wedding in NYC. Everything was outstanding-- from the first call with Dana, she was warm, engaged and excited to work with us. The menu she developed was Mediterranean-influenced. Everything was delish, presentation was beautiful on colorful platters. Her staff was outstanding-- attentive to the bride and groom and parents. Bar tenders were great too-- we served two specialty cocktails. The food was plentiful and creatively presented. I would highly recommend Dana and her team. Our guests raved about the food and service.

I left my car at the car service because two tires went flat. People over there were so disrespectful that I got really stressed. However, I was really lucky to find this place!It is awesome! Small, comfy and super clean. The girl at the front desk was so positive, cheerful and pleasant that I instantly forgot how frustrated I was when I came in. The cleaning guy was wiping all the tables crystal clean.I ordered grilled salmon with basmati rice and veggies for only $7.99. It was really tasty, full of flavor and smelled great! I also got a latte, which was great too. I absolutely recommend this place!
