Why all the hate! Twenty 20 is a wonderful little sandwich spot. My husband and I have enjoyed almost everything on their menu and have yet to find something that wasn't delicious. The california club is particularly good. If you're in too much of a hurry to pop in to Lydia's and get their pasta (which is indeed very good) Twenty has a fantastic and light pasta salad that will most certainly hit the spot. About the owner(s) car(s) ... REALLY! They're the ones taking the risk and making the hard decisions. As a business owner myself I'd GLADLY drive a Honda over a Mercedes if my name didn't have to be on the lease. Sadly this place seems to attract strong opinions rather than constructive criticism ... But at least it is always packed ...

Scott recently catered a Thanksgiving meal for more than 40 of us. I LOVE Thanksgiving, so wondered how having it catered would change the feel of the meal and day. Turns out, with the right caterer, it doesn't change it at all. Scott was amazing. Everything was delish (my fave was the mashed potatoes made with three kinds, including sweet potato!), from the turkey to the stuffing to the dessert. Scott is also super nice, charged extremely reasonable rates and even cleaned up the kitchen before leaving. All of us raved all weekend about him, regretting that we didn't ask him to stay and eat with us!

Outstanding dining experience. Micheal Smith has done it again. Creative cuisine with the freshest ingredients and artist presentation. The dining room is beautifully designed with modern inviting flare. We sampled several seafood and pasta courses. Every one was delicious and perfectly executed. Michelin Star worthy experience from the food, design, and staff. I have and will continue to recommend Farina to diners.

I love the City Market even in the winter. A visit to Dutch Flowers was such a breath of fresh air. A great shopping experience for flowers beautiful gifts and unique items. Some fruits and veggies being sold by vendors...makes me long for summer.

Had a great experience here! It's a small space so it might be easy to miss it you're not looking for it. I went shortly after it opened so I was the only customer but was greeted immediately. I got the fried chicken sandwich and it was delicious! Also loved the natural cut fries. I will definitely be back to try the burgers.

The smoking Dunn is one of the best cocktails I have ever had. I recommend if you have yet to try it.

Went last night and we love the Biscuit and the Saison. We also ate dinner here and sat outside with our Aussie. I had the falafel burger which was really good, could have used a little more tzatziki sauce but otherwise very good. Fries were homemade and thick cut and crunchy, perfect. My husband had the short rib hot dog and loved it. Definitely recommend for a nice relaxed evening out.

Went to eat on a Tuesday to have a pitcher of Margaritas, and watch the Royals game on TVs. Our server Brittany is always amazing, but something happened that was awesome. A couple came in with a baby, and the ceiling fan wasn't working above their table. We were on the 2nd floor so it was warm for July. The GM Jody came over and tried to assist but with no success, so he helped them move to a table under a fan, carried the high chair over for them and moved all their items. Food is great, and the staff is spot on.

Hands down the most beautiful restaurant in town.  This place has had impeccable service for years, as well as amazing food and great wine list no matter what the price range.  It's a place anyone will be impressed with inside in out.  I love walking around Union station after the meal to walk off dinner (I always eat too much here).  They've made a really cool place in this space.  Upstairs is a fun big yet small feeling group of banquet rooms and down stairs are the more intimate private dinning room -- worth a look see when you go the bathroom!
