My wife and I met Shawn from Nagels BBQ at a wedding expo and were invited to a tasting event he was holding a few weeks later. Needless to say after tasting the food options and talking with him we immediately put down a deposit for our wedding date. They were extremely professional, friendly, and very affordable over other catering companies. Every question we had during the months prior to the wedding were answered immediately with a phone call. On the wedding day they took care of everything and made the dinner portion stress free and the BBQ was fantastic. We will use them for other events in the future.

We had Chef make lunch for two days for a class I taught in Springfield, a group of 38 people. Mind you, these students were race car builders but I wanted them to have a really good homemade lunch. Rogue Chef delivered and then some. WOW. I wish I could take this guy on the road with me. Needless to say, he did an awesome job. I told him to pick his favorite comfort food, gave him my budget, and that was it. No other worries, he showed up on time and set up our buffet line without being noticed. Jeff will be our goto chef for every event from here on out.

We had a tasty, tasty variety of foods from here this evening. We tried the hummus, tabouli, spinach pies, veg dolmas, baba ganoush, chicken schwarma wrap, and chocolate cake. Whew. Chicken schwarma wrap was very good and different, there were pickled peppers in it and some other unexpected items. The chicken itself was fresh and had great flavor. Second best was the baba ganoush. Third was the chocolate cake, looked heavy but was flavorful and light in texture, making it the perfect end to a great meal. Update: the first time trying the hummus it was too salty, ever since it has been perfectly seasoned. Yay!
