They were catering a recent event at the Minnesota Supercomputing Institute. Wow! The food was unbelievable. I still dream about the cream potatoes with bacon! The service was amazing, very professional, the layout was great, and Craig was awesome to talk too! Craig, those potatos.. wow!! You can't go wrong with these guys in service, quality of food, presentation and professionalism.

I ended up here completely by accident. The group I was with had left another bar and saw this place was open. It was only 11 on a Thurs night, we can drink more, right? Well, we decided to give it a run, and am I glad we did. My friend picked up the tab, so I have no idea what the prices are like, but the appetizers we had were top notch and the tap list was pretty good. Apparently they opened this week, and things seemed to be running smoothly, and they were fairly busy given the time. The chef stopped by our table and asked if we were enjoying everything, and after talking to him a bit, he offered us a free sampling of the pork bellies. They were ridiculously good. We also had the pretzels which were fantastic. This place has really good potential, and I wouldn't be surprised if you see me changing my review to 5 stars soon, as I hope to be back. Many many times. The menu is heavy on the beef, and it all definitely sounded fantastic. If the few appetizers we had were any indication of the rest of the menu, I think the LynLake/Uptown area just got my new favorite place.

This is some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. You can tell they use high quality ingredients. The sauce was bright and well-balanced and the cheese was perfectly salty. And of course, it had that crispy wood-fired crust. So good. Definitely recommend trying this pizza if you come across it.
