I felt like barbecue and it is SO difficult to find decent ribs, especially a place that's not a chain with bland and boring food. After seeing an ad for this place I decided to fulfill my craving at Mr. Pig Stuff (cute name too). So I drove there, just past Valleyfair, and it was an off peak time so service was quick and accurate. The gentleman that helped me was pleasant, patient and helpful. I brought the food home, to-go, and immediately tried a rib. Fall off the bone and I picked the Kentucky Bourbon sauce which was to die for. I ended up eating the entire portion of ribs. My second meat was the brisket which was meaty, smokey and not fatty like the usual brisket you get at a BBQ place. It was completely delicious and I will definitely go back. After telling some friends about the ribs they are planning to pick some up this weekend.
