It's a rare vegan restaurant that is both healthy and fast. Seriously, drop in and try it... Opening day is right around the corner. Please please please don't quote me on this, but I am fairly certain (85%) that opening day is Monday, April 9. If I am wrong, I will change this to reflect the actual opening day.

I go here at least 1-2 times a week. I absolutely love this place. They have the best soup and there bread is UH-AMAZING! Any other mediterranean place will never be good as this one. I have a slight addiction to Boukie's....my boyfriend has to force me to switch it up once in a while but its irresistible!!!!

This joint has about 15 omelettes for your choosing in addition to a wide variety of other breakfast choices. Â My Petosky omelette (dried cherries, brie, bacon, and carmelized onions) was worth the nine bucks, and it also came with home fries and, naturally, toast (Poletown Rye from Avalon). Â The coffee was standard fare. Hope you are an early bird on the weekend because you'll be waiting if you arrive past 10 AM. Â If you can bird-dog a seat at the counter, you can skip the line.
