I've used Sinfully Wright for 2 family funerals. They took great care of my family and it was one thing that we didn't have to worry about. They've always exceeded expectations! Each person that I refer to them, they take great care of and I only hear positive feedback. I learned of them several years ago when they catered a friend's bday celebration. I was so impressed that I held onto the number and when I needed a caterer, they were the only one on my list. The food is GREAT and the service is even better. Thank you for your service to the DMV.

Working with Chef B was a breeze. The B can stand for one of the Best. The food itself and the dual professionalism and personal care received is an A+. I stepped out on faith with short notice and contacted Chef B to cater my event for approximately 80 people. The food was delived on time, on budget and exceeded my needs. All my guests continue to rave about the food. I will definitely utilize Chef B's services again and refer anyone looking for a chef or caterer. Needless to say the food was all gone by the end of the event; not because people left hungry, but because it was so good and her estimation of the quanity and quality of food needed was on target.
We are a food, meal prep, and catering company. We were established on Oct. 2021. We started our services May of 2022. Our cooks are very well diverse and excellent at what they do. What makes us different is that we are a faith based company that does not just focus on the taste and enjoyment of the food, but also on health. Some of the foods include blackened salmon, grilled chicken kabob, cooked greens (kale and collard) or massaged kale salad, roasted sweet potatoes, lemon garlic chicken, turkey meatballs, curry cauliflower, etc. We buy our foods from farmer markets and local healthy establishments. We use fresh herbs and spices within our meals. We are looking forward to being a blessing to you!
The 2 dishes that has been selling the most are Blackened salmon, kale greens, and curry cauliflower. The other is Chicken Kabob, wild rice, and kale greens.
What we do or try to do is get feedback from our customers. We get insight from some of our regulars and new first time clients and involve them in the process. Ask for their honest feedback so we can make the necessary improvements to make sure we are improving their experience.
Just to be able to be a blessing and touch others through food. The work we do is so much bigger than us and just cooking food. We live by the 1 Corinthians 10:31. "So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” (NLT) and Matt 22:39 Love your neighbor as yourself." Everything we do is for God and the customers satisfaction through nourishing the body with good tasting and healthy food.
My daughter Ayla Erial Walker. She from cancer in 2010. I have a fitness business called Anointed Touch Health Fitness & Beauty. Therefore, Anointed meals was developed from that. My daughter was such an ANOINTING to me that she TOUCHED me to be a blessing to others through the anointing God has given me to help others. That is how the name Anointed Touch came about.
Clients come first. We are not going to be perfect. We may mess up at times. Therefore, we can't work from perfection but we will work from excellence. We aim for EXCELLENCE in the products we make and the service we provide. The 9 fruits of the Spirit are our core values here at Anointed Meals. We believe they are not just important for spirituality, but are the core values for our business, lives, and leadership.
Therefore, we believe these values are important for organizational and spiritual effectiveness. Love, joy, peace, patience, self-control, gentleness, faithfulness, goodness, and kindness are exactly what I want to demonstrate when dealing with customers. (Galatians 5:22-23 NLT)
Yes we can! For example, meal prep is done online. You can choose how many meals you want from 4,6,8,10 meals. You have the ability set up your meal the way you want it. Once you do that then you pay! We get it and go from there to prepare for pickup on the designated pick up day which is Monday's. Catering can also be done online. The only thing there are certain things we would like to discuss on the phone when it comes to catering just to make sure everyone is on the same page.
We have made sure we try to stay safe as well as make sure we are doing everything we can to insure the safety of our clients. Some of the things we are doing are as follow.
1. Follow the 4 key steps to food safety: Always — Clean, Separate, Cook, and Chill.
2. Wear gloves and hats
3. For pickup, drop off, or catering event wear masks.
4. Observe established food safety practices for time/temp control, preventing cross contamination, cleaning hands, no sick workers, and storage of food, etc.
5. Have employees wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, after blowing their nose, coughing or sneezing, or after touching high touch surfaces, e.g., doorknobs, and doorbells.
6. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
7. Increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces such as counter tops and touch pads and within the vehicle, by wiping down surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
8.Keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold by storing in appropriate transport vessels.
9. Keep cold foods cold by keeping enough coolant materials, e.g., gel packs.
10. Keep hot foods hot by ensuring insulated cases are properly functioning.
11. Keep foods separated to avoid cross contamination, e.g., keeping raw foods separated from cooked and ready-to-eat foods.
12. Ensure that any wrapping and packaging used for food transport is done so that contamination of the food is prevented.
13. Routinely clean and sanitize coolers and insulated bags used to deliver foods.
