Our signature dishes are Mac & Cheez and our Junkie NaNa Pudding! When creating the perfect menu for our clients, we start with a consultation to understand their event type and preferences. We tailor the menu to fit the occasion, balancing flavors and variety to ensure it suits everyone’s needs. After developing the initial menu, we share it for feedback and make any necessary adjustments. Our goal is to craft a menu that aligns perfectly with the client’s vision, and on the day of the event, we focus on delivering delicious, well-presented dishes that will enhance the overall experience.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about being a chef is the creative freedom it gives me to experiment with flavors and ingredients, especially in crafting vegan dishes that surprise and delight people. There's something incredibly rewarding about taking familiar comfort foods and transforming them into plant-based versions that taste just as indulgent. Plus, knowing that I’m contributing to a more sustainable and compassionate way of eating makes the work even more fulfilling.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My inspiration to start my own business came from my personal journey with health. I’ve battled with high blood pressure and weight fluctuations for years, and it made me realize the importance of what we put into our bodies. I wanted to create something that not only tasted great but also supported a healthier lifestyle. By starting this business, I could combine my passion for food with my commitment to offering delicious, plant-based options that help others enjoy the flavors they love without compromising their health.
