Southern Style Bistro is a contemporary restaurant and caterer offering authentic home-style southern cuisine with a modern twist. Currently housed as the food provider for The Judge’s Bench in Ellicott City, Maryland, Southern Style Bistro is bringing new menu elements to a long-standing pub environment. Chef Cheryl (Townsend) Smallwood is the main food service force behind Southern Style Bistro.

Since 2018, our chefs here are an essential part of Stuffed Catering. They live to make our clients palates happy and hearts full from the buffet experience. Chef Crystal is the first to open the shop and prepare ingredients, and quite frankly, we’d be lost without her. She formulates the creative concepts for the buffets, oversees our day to day operations, and prepares the staff for the upcoming event.
