That magic swamp dust is the staple to all my Cajun dishes for my family back here in Alabama. It gives such an authentic Louisiana taste to so many dishes from pasta to shrimp and soups, eutouphea, eggs, biscuit and gravy and so much I can't even tell you how good it is on pork tenderloin! Just love that stuff!!

Planning your only daughter's wedding can be very intimidating. You want to give her a perfect wedding, the wedding of her dreams. I think Chef Folse must hand pick every member of his team. Every staff member was very professional, polite, and accommodating! They made sure every person present was taken care of the entire night. The food was absolutely amazing! The facilities were gorgeous! I don't have the words to adequately express my gratitude and satisfaction with White Oak plantation and the staff. You all help us give our daughter her dream wedding!! Thank you all!! Jordan made the plannimg process so easy! Penny made sure our glasses were never empty!! Looking forward to another party with you all!!
