We just had a wedding and reception at the waterfront this last weekend. It is a beautiful venue and has lots to offer. However you can tell they are terribly understaffed I was somewhat disappointed as I had regarded it as one of the premier wedding spots in the area. I felt the cleanliness lacked some. Rehearsal dinner was fantastic. Very accommodating no complaints there for service food etc.. reception food was very tasty but cold:(. I went around to many tables. Thought maybe it was hit and miss but no. We did buffet style and had to wait because they were not ready for us. They were generous enough to give us a break on the food which we really appreciated. We had too many issues with booking rooms at bridges bay to mention. Seems policies are not understood by the staff. Many guests didn’t stay because they were told they had to stay two nights. Or there weren’t rooms available eleven though we had a block reserved area. That will be a totally different review for the resort.
