Run by a couple guys named Allen & Zach. They offer small meal carryout on Fri, Sat, Sun so not just catering. Sometimes they ARE closed on these days though attending catering events. Best bet is check their FB page for weekend announcements which include weekend carryout menus/specials.Nice! We popped in for the grand opening the other day and sampled some goodies including corned beef rollups, kahlua and strawberry lemon cheesecake, chicken salad. All were great. And we brought home a 9pc fried chicken with okra side for $10. The chicken was very good, crunchy, light breading and juicy! Yummo! Truly custom catering -- I learned if you have a family tradition that you want for an event, just bring them a recipe and they can do it! You want Moroccan food or something out of the mainstream, they will try to accommodate. I'll be back soon to check out the wings that people mention.

Such a beautiful facility! This is what a craft brewery tap room should be. Great food, daily specials along with a extensive well put together menu. Good arte to be service to go with it. If you already have some Destihl favorites come check the tap room out, they have plenty on tap that is not sold in stores.

Was pleasantly surprised to see a recently-updated menu since the last time I dined several months ago. There are a lot of new and exciting options you don't really see at other restaurants in the area, including a pork belly and scallop dish we really enjoyed. We also ordered the salmon and it was cooked really well. Great beer selection. Beautiful atmosphere. Great service. Has been one of my solid Uptown Normal favorites for years.

Had a layover in Normal and decided to get some breakfast while I waited for my next flight. It was my first time in the town and the people were all so friendly. The service at the restaurant was great and the energy was very light and casual. The food was also really good and came out fairly quick. I started off as number 18 on the waitlist and was seated within 20 minutes. So grateful I popped in for breakfast, thanks Tyler you were great along with the hosts!
