Fresh2Yall Catering and The FreshTruck offer many modes of catering, as we do drop-off and service catering and offer food truck-based services from one or both of our trucks, including the recently-added 38-foot truck that is specifically designed to efficiently handle large gatherings of 100-300+ guests. We can even offer multiple modes simultaneously, so for a wedding we can offer a buffet service of upscale dishes at the same time as serving casual fare from a truck or two, so that all tastes and dietary preferences can be addressed simultaneously.
