Bonus is she also prepared GLUTEN FREE options for my husband who is celiac. 🙌🏼 Chef Paola was so easy to work with including great communication and she really builds her menu to meet your needs. PLUS her presentation was incredible. 🤩

I have a Hot Dog Cart and a Pop Up Tent, If you are having a Party or any event, you don’t want to have to Shop, Cook, or clean up. All you need to do is Enjoy, I do Hot Dogs, Sausages, Burgers, etc. I even do Special requests. I’m mainly in the greater Orlando area but can travel a bit if it’s right.

This past weekend, Chef Pierre hosted Queens of Kulture, Inc. 1st Annual Women's Empowerment Brunch and everything tasted amazing! I can't wait to book him fro future events. Ya'll, he caters everything, birthdays, weddings, quinceaneras, anniversary parties, corporate events, etc. You name it, he's the man for the job!

Loved the Smoked Watermelon Margarita. The portions were no much bigger than expected. My Mom had the blackened fish tacos... Delish. And I had the Strawberry Ahi salad. Tuna was prepared perfectly. Think next time I will try the Lobster Grilled cheese. We also had the shrimp fritters. Also a large portion. Will definitely be back. Service was great. Think we will share a plate next time although the take home was great too.
