Great service seems to be just as hard to find. we are in a time where customer service is not what it used to be, and i want to change that. i want my customers to know i have their questions answered and i will give them a great experience from start to finish. If my staff is in your home, it is our job to take care of you and make sure the stress of having an event is non existent.

Our wedding planner recommended Matt and his team for our home based wedding. My husband is a chef and we did not want the average wedding food. Matt customized our menu to include a Philly twist to our passed appetizers-cheesesteak egg rolls, Philly pretzel bites in beer cheese, Stromboli, and shrimp dumplings. That was just the pregame. Matt then prepared an incredible Chilean Seabass and Beef tenderloin. The food was absolutely delicious. People are still asking me for his information a week after our wedding. The staff he brought was also professional and helped the event run smoothly. Matt, you are an amazingly talented chef. THANK YOU for being apart of our day and making it so memorable with your delicious food.

The beautiful Banyan tree is a great focal point. We also loved the attention to details inside and out. The refurbished home has beautiful antiques and is air- conditioned. I would recommend that you place signage at your entrance off of Hough St. as many people expressed difficulty in finding the parking area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Matt knocked it out of the park! Having been in the restaurant and catering business in the past, I have high expectations for good food. Savour First Choice catered a friends dinner party. The presentation of the food was absolutely beautiful. From the center pieces, warmer set up, and how the food was displayed. Cold dishes were served cold, hot food hot, and tasted AMAZING. 2 Thumbs up from this girl.

I love the small town hippie feel and decor of Chef Brooke's! All the food that I and my group ordered was amazing! Chef Brooke was very nice and talked with us a bit, answered any questions we had about the food, and made sure we were happy with everything we had ordered. One of my favorite places in SWFL! I can't wait to go back!

I love the beautiful energy and space there for any type of event from a wedding to a birthday party, company party, any type of celebration or gathering. Kitchen space is perfect for caters. The dance for is great with plenty of space to dance. The constructional set up is wonderful with a beautiful entrance with two double doors, high ceilings when you walk in with an open airy, welcoming feel. Perfect spot! I would definitely recommend to have an event there. Just what Fort Myers needed. Really great for the community, they are doing wonderful things.
