Matt knocked it out of the park! Having been in the restaurant and catering business in the past, I have high expectations for good food. Savour First Choice catered a friends dinner party. The presentation of the food was absolutely beautiful. From the center pieces, warmer set up, and how the food was displayed. Cold dishes were served cold, hot food hot, and tasted AMAZING. 2 Thumbs up from this girl.

I love the small town hippie feel and decor of Chef Brooke's! All the food that I and my group ordered was amazing! Chef Brooke was very nice and talked with us a bit, answered any questions we had about the food, and made sure we were happy with everything we had ordered. One of my favorite places in SWFL! I love the beautiful energy and space there for any type of event from a wedding to a birthday party, company party, any type of celebration or gathering. Kitchen space is perfect for caters. The dance for is great with plenty of space to dance. The constructional set up is wonderful with a beautiful entrance with two double doors, high ceilings when you walk in with an open airy, welcoming feel. Perfect spot! I would definitely recommend to have an event there. Just what Fort Myers needed. Really great for the community, they are doing wonderful things.
I see what is missing in the market and good food is hard to come by. Not only good food though. Great service seems to be just as hard to find. we are in a time where customer service is not what it used to be, and i want to change that. i want my customers to know i have their questions answered and i will give them a great experience from start to finish. If my staff is in your home, it is our job to take care of you and make sure the stress of having an event is non existent. Your home will be left clean, garbage taken out, and your guests happy.
our owner and chefs love to be creative and love what they do. so to narrow it down to "one dish" is a little too hard. what i can tell you are the top things we sell which are the tenderloin which is one of a kind, island coconut salad, pineapple island rice, and the deviled eggs with bacon jam. those are some things that come to mind, however we do many dishes and all of which are meant to wow!
like stated before, we like creating a mockup proposal consisting of what items are popular right now, as well as things that are in season and available. from there we figure out your tastes and needs and modify it to more suit what you are looking for. whether is consists of the preliminary menu or not, we are happy to give you a custom experience.
we love the whole process. it feels extremely good to go from an initial proposal to the end product and see everyones ideas come together. every wedding and event feels personal. to see everyone enjoying the food and enjoying the party the we created, with the help from the vendors and clients, always makes the "we nailed it" feeling that much better.
our owner was a chef for over 16 years working in restaurants as well as catering companies and he felt that there was a place for him in this market to create not only great food, but a company focused on the service aspect to create a full service experience with you.
we get close with our clients. we want to get to know what your wants are, so we don't accidentally give you something you don't NEED. while we wish we could take on every event, we are very careful about "over booking". we don't put ourselves in a position to fail or take on too much, which is why we are very transparent about everything in the beginning. we limit ourselves to 2 full service events on any day to ensure we have enough chefs and experienced staff to take care of you.
yes! the entire booking process can be done over the phone or with email. from there if you wanted to come into the office for a meet and greet or something like that you are more than welcome to.
for this situation we are at the full discretion of the client. while we typically don't mask up on every event, we are more then happy to accommodate your wishes to make you feel absolutely safe and comfortable throughout the event.
