We had Ray's Catering for our daughters wedding this past weekend. Turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, applesauce, cranberry sauce and rolls. Appetizers too. Food was excellent and the price was great. We had plenty of food, even some left overs. I would highly recommend Ray's Catering! Great job Sharon and Ray. A huge thank you from our family to yours.

As the mystery diners I have to say that the food was exceptional. Â We had new items on the menu - frito misto with garlic aioli was outstanding. Â We had the shrimp and corn chowder great flavor with a little bit of a kick (great). Â Also for our meal we had chicken parm and lobster pappardelle. Â The dishes came out hot and were ample in portions. The waitress was very good but can benefit from a little more training. Â What was great is Chef Mark came over and asked if everything was good. Â I have to say the food was better than good. Â I like the new menu looking forward to going back to Castello's in the future.The Mystery Diners
