After the Army I decided to refine my cooking skills and Graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2008. Spent the next decade or so working as an Executive Chef till I finally started Po' Brothers. Currently we are serving a Southern Cajun Menu from our full kitchen trailer.

We really enjoyed this place. It isn't a 'full-service restaurant', it's advertised as self-serve...and the staff are very friendly and helpful! We had the salmon fish and chips, barnyard burger and pastrami burger. They were all excellent. Lots of beer selection, we love IPAs. I had trouble with pouring my own and the staff was very helpful. We will definitely be back!

The food was plentiful, especially for what I ordered (Linebacker Sandwich) and was pretty amazing. I ordered the potato salad, which I was not enthusiastic about. There is another competitor that started on powers that has a better potato salad, but the barbecue itself is great! They need to work on the frailty of their cups, as one wrong placement of the plastic top will cause the cup to buckle and split down the middle (this happened on my way home).
