I cannot sing Brendon's praises enough! He is an extraordinary chef, using unique ingredients and customizing a tasty experience to meet your specific needs. We had a group of 9 women, 2 being vegan, that he fed for 2 lunches and 2 meals. Drop off, set up, and prep was a breeze, everything was fresh, healthy, diverse, and tasted amazing. My only "complaint" would be that it was too much food (which we happily divided into leftovers to take home). Highly recommend and would definitely hire again!

This is Capitol Hill's official "dead spot." This location has hosted a Chipotle, then a pizza place, then a fish fry and now it's "Sub Culture" a sandwich place which is attempting to succeed where others haven't.Will it?I do like what I've seen so far, which is a wide variety of sandwiches at a reasonable cost. They have the typical turkey, Italian, ham, etc. But they also have a surprisingly large vegetarian section and lots of robust hot sandwiches, perfect when you're feeling a bit peckish.I had the roasted vegetable parmesan. Zucchini, onions and eggplant were marinated in some oil and balsamic, coated with a sweet marinera and liberally sprinkled with parmesan. The balsamic mixed with the marinera gave the sandwich a nice sweet/sour thing that I found pretty enjoyable. It was a decent-sized sandwich too and was about $7 (A bit on the high end maybe, but it was good).Service was pretty good, though the sandwich took a bit long to make considering I was the only customer. The decor and layout is very similar to the previous restaurants in the space; You can tell it was once a Chipotle.And for now I hope it remains Sub-Culture. It's a good sandwich shop from what I've seen and tasted. Let's just hope that something finally lasts in this spot.

Very friendly service and the atmosphere is bright and cheerful. A nice open concept that gives you the chance to talk amongst others and have an all around good time. The food is amazing and well worth what you pay for it. My mom and I both had a very nice time sitting down and having a nice chat and just enjoying what was going on outside. I did not get a chance to try any of their desserts but they did look quite good. They did have a little sample plate out however of their blueberry muffin and it was phenomenal. An all around great little place to go to with friends or just by yourself if you even want to get a little work done. I highly recommend checking this place out. I can't wait to come back.

I was so happy with our choice to work with Terence and TBD Foods for a bachelorette party dinner for 11 in Denver. It was an easy and fun planning process, including a lot of flexibility with dietary restrictions we had in our party. The food was amazing and the meal flowed perfectly with our evening. The whole cooking team was flexible with our timing and left us with great leftovers at the end of the evening! Favorite dishes included the ceviche tostada, the sage gnocchi, and the crème brûlée.

This was quite good, very authentic food and atmosphere. The plantains were tasty, and the sauces on our sandwiches were just plain awesome. The ice tea and mango juice were delicious, you must try those. Service was good, but don’t expect fast food here. Found parking on the street. Try it out, it was a good change of pace.

The giant Hot Dog sign on Colfax Ave and Madison Street marks the spot for this fun, friendly hot dog stand. And they make some mighty fine dogs! I love the Rippin' Rockies Dog and they have some fantastic burgers too! The dogs are under $4 and the burgers under $5. All served to you by a super friendly and helpful staff.

I can make whatever you want but my signature dish is pan seared scallops. Served on a wilted bed of arugula and shitake mushrooms cooked in white wine, butter, thyme and garlic.
I then use a balsamic citrus rosemary reduction sauce to pour over the top. Top with zest of a grapefruit and orange. It is to die for!!!

I worked in corporate America a long time but wasn't happy. I wanted something that would make me happy which is cooking and pleasing others.
I attended culinary school with the intension of being an executive chef however I found owning my own business gives me more freedom.
I believe in quality customer service as well as quality meals. It is not just about the food doing what a person says they will do is very important. Unfortunately customer service has dropped off peoples priorities. A happy customer is a repeat customer
I also do zoom calls where I prepare the food with the participants. It is best to have a group of friends as they are supposed to be fun. I provide a grocery list with wine suggestions then we cook together and at the end of the call you have a meal right in front of you.
I have practiced safe distancing even dropping food off at the front door and picking up the empty cleaned containers on a future date. I wear a mask during cooking. I also can either do all the prep at home, deliver it to your home and give directions for you to cook on your own. No contact needed.
