The food itself is amazing. The sausage and peppers are a delicious blend of spicy and sweet, while the meatball sandwich rivals my Italian mother-in-law's! The real star though is the grilled lasagna sandwich. It's an unreal party all up in my mouth! But when you couple the food with the amount of honesty, integrity and love that goes into making every bite, you've got a recipe for what is sure to be a staple of the Colorado food scene for a long time to come! Can't rate Little Piazza any higher! 10/10!!

While this truck has some good tacos and other hot sandwiches, it is their homemade ice cream that I really find addicting. I love their chocolate ice cream with peanut butter cups in it to be my favorite. The ice cream is super creamy. I have eaten ice cream from this truck when it is below 10 degrees outside, and found it to be just as good as always. Don't let chilly weather deter you. :)
