My fiance smokes meat himself so I trust his taste in BBQ more than anyone I know. I have to say this is some of the best BBQ you can get!The restaurant is inside of a hotel, as soon as you enter the lobby you see the restaurant on the right. There is a giant bar in the center and plenty of TVs. The patio was open and filled with families enjoying the summer day. Right outside the patio was a chairlift! How amazing would it be to ski a full day and ski down for some BBQ... Drool.We were seated inside near the patio, and the first time you notice are 6 different sauces for your meats. We ordered beef brisket, ribs, mac and cheese, and collard greens. The food comes out on a silver tray with a pork rind and a Hawaiian roll. The brisket was delicious and had my fiance's seal of approval. The ribs were super tender and just melted in your mouth and fell off the bone. However, the real star of the show was the collard greens. Yes, I said it! They were juicy, slightly tart, I'm pretty sure they're stewed in something meaty and delicious. I'm salivating thinking about them.We had fun trying all of the different sauces with our meal. What a great and memorable experience. If you make it out to Aspen, make this restaurant a priority to visit! Compliments to the pit masters!

Good bbq, but there is better bbq out there that is much cheaper. Service was great!

Wonderful new addition to Aspen!  Amazing food, staff and the location not be beat with a huge patio. Excited to finally have a decent restaurant offering breakfast lunch and dinner. I look forward to my next visit.

Celebrated 30 yr anniv here. Hotel service went above and beyond. Concierge set up flowers, special champagne, charcuterie in our suite. We will be back to stay and ski here. Love love this place!

Bryan is an extraordinary chef and creates extraordinary dishes. My family and friends felt really comfortable around Bryan. He took care of all my needs and wishes. Very recommended.

absolutely amazing! Dennis cooked for us at an event and made sure our bellies were filled the entire time. Every possible option was on the table so that everyone could find something for their personal diet.The food tasted phenomenal! He made the joke that it doesn't compare to "mom's homemade food" well yes its even better. Besides the delicious food he also made sure everyone is having a good time and created such a great atmosphere 100/10 recommended.-Larissa

This place has a great local vibe. We had a couple of Blonde Ales and a pretty good interpretation of a Vietnamese Bahn Mi. If you like spice you would love it!! Good music and a great bunch of staff.
